Fillet Mignon With Risotto and Saute Mushroom in Red Wine Sauce

I know I know, I said I was gonna post them up last week....ok...I procrastinated...:D But hey, it's here...
My husband enjoyed his birthday menu but he said that he was too stuffed for his dessert so we skipped that instead (which I was glad!! coz I didn't even eat the fillet mignon! Too stuffed!). We had some wine instead. It was a really really good bottle of icewine we had, I loved it so much that I went back to the store and got three more bottles! :D Nope, I'm NOT a alchoholic, just found a wine that we enjoyed. My friend was saying that I should just buy it by the case, well, it's kinda expensive to begin with so I wouldn't want to "invest" on a case. Oh yah, for those who are interested, the icewine's Jackson-Triggs. It's just MARVELOUS!!!

Sweet and Sour Prawns

This was something I cooked the other day, Ed said that it was really really good, so I had to post it...hehehehe... Besides, it looked good on photo...soo...here it is. Meanwhile, I'm still in that "cooking" mood and have really good luck in everything I've done so far....Tonight, roast pork! hehehe...tune in...
